Harley-Davidson gifts for the rider who has the jacket already

Harley riders are the easiest people on earth to buy a logo for, and the hardest to surprise. They have the t-shirts, the mugs, the patches and probably a sign in the garage. What they rarely have is a picture of the bike itself: their Road King with its own bags, their Street Glide in the paint they chose.

Our customers send us more Harleys than any other make of motorcycle: Road Kings, Road Glides, Street Glides, an Electra Glide, a Heritage Softail and a Tri Glide. So we put the poster first. The other eight ideas are honest picks that do not depend on knowing their glove size.

9 Harley-Davidson gift ideas

  1. 01

A poster of their own Harley

    $59–$449

Send one photo of the bike and we turn it into a vintage travel poster of that exact machine: the bags, the screen, the chrome, the paint. Put it on Route 66, the Pacific Coast Highway or the Tail of the Dragon, with the rider in the saddle or the bike parked at the overlook. Free preview first, pay only if it looks right.

  2. 02

    A trip to a rally

    varies

Sturgis in August and Daytona Bike Week in March are on most riders' list. Even a weekend at a regional rally is a better story than another shirt.

  3. 03

A visit to the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee

    varies

A natural road-trip destination for any Harley rider. Pair it with a ride up and back.

  4. 04

    A dealer gift card

    varies

For anything that has to fit or match the model year: helmets, jackets, seats, parts. Use the dealer they already ride to.

  5. 05

    Leather care

    varies

Conditioner and a cleaner for the jacket, chaps and bags. Leather that is looked after lasts decades.

  6. 06

    Chrome and detailing supplies

    varies

Polish, quality microfiber and a soft brush for the spokes. Big twins have a lot of chrome to keep bright.

  7. 07

    Saddlebag liners or organizers

    varies

Make packing for a long ride easier, and keep things from rattling around the bags. Check the bag shape for their model.

  8. 08

    Heated gear

    varies

A heated vest or glove liners stretch the riding season into the cold months.

  9. 09

    Custom-molded earplugs

    varies

Pipes and wind are loud on a long day. Molded plugs are comfortable for hours.

Real Harleys from our customers

These are posters of customers' own bikes. We crop them so the rider cannot be recognised and no plate can be read. In the full poster the rider can be on the bike, helmet on or off, just as the customer chose.

Each one shows the same thing a Harley rider looks for first: the right bags, the right fairing, the right chrome. If the preview gets a detail wrong, you tell us what it should be before anything prints.

How to get the photo without spoiling the surprise

Take it while the bike is parked outside in daylight. Stand back far enough to get both wheels and the whole fairing in the frame, and shoot from the side or a three-quarter angle at about tank height. Garage clutter behind it does not matter, because we replace the background.

If you want the rider in the poster, any clear photo of their face works, from another day. You choose helmet off, visor up or visor down.

No good photo at all? You can describe the bike instead: model, year, color, bags, screen. Our photo guide covers the details people most often need to correct.

§ 04

Sizes, prices and timing

A 12 × 16 in fine-art print is $59; the popular 16 × 20 in is $74. Framed prints run $119–$289, canvas $99–$249. US shipping is free, the digital file is included and every extra print in the order is 20% off. Delivery takes 4–7 business days after you approve the proof, so start a Christmas gift early.

Questions

What do you buy a Harley rider who has everything?

Something with their own bike in it. A poster of their Harley on a road they love is personal in a way branded merchandise is not. Send us one photo and see a free preview before you pay.

Can you make a poster of my Harley from a phone photo?

Yes. A side or three-quarter photo in daylight is all we need. You choose the road, what the bike is doing, and whether the rider is on it.

How much is a custom Harley poster?

From $59 for a 12 × 16 in fine-art print up to $449 for a 28 × 40 in canvas in a float frame, with free US shipping.
