In short
Digital downloads: 14-day return window. Once you've downloaded the file, the digital sale is final.
Physical prints, canvas and framed pieces: non-returnable. Every print is custom-made for your specific car and chosen style, so it can't be resold.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We'll ship a free replacement — no return needed.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Before you pay, you always see a free watermarked preview first. You can request unlimited revisions until it looks exactly right. You only pay when you're happy with it — so the final print should match what you signed off on.
If something is still off after delivery (wrong model, wrong color, a defect in the print), email [email protected]. We'll always make it right.
