These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between seller and consumer.

By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms. The seller reserves the right to amend its delivery and/or payment terms.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make a proper assessment.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the seller.

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and satisfies the conditions set.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the seller shall confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically without delay.

Digital products: When purchasing digital content the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within fourteen days. However, once the digital content has been delivered (download made available), the right of withdrawal lapses if the consumer has expressly agreed to this.

Physical products (prints, canvas, framed products): Since all prints are made to order based on your personal photo and chosen style, this constitutes a personalized product. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded for products manufactured to the consumer's specifications.

In the event of damage during transit we will of course take responsibility and arrange an appropriate solution.

Prices stated in the offer include VAT and cover transit damage.

All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors.

Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The consumer is obliged to notify the seller immediately of any inaccuracies in payment details.

Digital products: After successful payment the digital file is made available immediately via a download link.

Physical products: The seller will take the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. Delivery times are indicative and are generally 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free.

AI-generated images become the property of the customer upon purchase. The customer may use them for personal purposes. The seller retains the right to use anonymous examples for marketing purposes, unless the customer objects.

The images may not be commercially exploited or resold without written permission.

The seller respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that personal information you provide is treated confidentially. Uploaded photos are used solely to generate your artwork and are not retained longer than necessary. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation.

Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted to the seller within a reasonable time after the consumer has identified the defects, fully and clearly described, via [email protected].

Complaints submitted to the seller will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the seller will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgement and an indication of when a more detailed answer can be expected.

The seller is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the consumer, or for damage arising from the use of the products supplied.

The seller does accept liability for damage occurring during transit. In the event of damage during shipping we will provide a free replacement.

The seller's liability is in all cases limited to the amount the consumer paid for the relevant product.

All contracts between the seller and the consumer to which these terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
