To create your artwork: the photo you upload of your car, style choice, any revision instructions, and metadata about your order.

To process and deliver your order: name, email address, billing and delivery address. Payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not receive full card details.

For the operation of our website: IP address and browser information for security and error diagnosis, plus cookies for session management and (with your consent) analytics and advertising attribution.

Uploaded photos: maximum 90 days after order, then automatically deleted from our storage (Cloudflare R2).

Unpaid previews: maximum 30 days, then deleted.

Order data and invoices: as legally required for tax administration (7 years).

Customer service conversations: maximum 24 months after the last contact.

Stripe for payment processing. Prodigi for printing and shipping. Cloudflare for storage and hosting. Resend for email. Google Gemini via OpenRouter and Replicate for AI processing without personal details. Anthropic for customer service drafts. Sentry for error diagnosis. PostHog for analytics with consent. Meta for advertising attribution with consent.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion where legally possible, withdrawal of consent for analytics or advertising cookies, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
