The only thing that disappointed was the packing and delivery. The triangular cardboard box it was sent in was not heavy duty enough and one end was crushed. I had to take it to a frame shop to get the wrinkle out and make it lay flat for framing. “The print is really well done, no weird spots and the color is vibrant. All the edges and lines are crisp and clear. It's really great! It came rolled up, wrapped in tissue, in a 3-side box. The only complain I have is that whoever rolled it was not careful enough during the process and the edges of the paper got creased and flattened in a couple places. When I choose a frame for it I'm sure that will smooth out but it should not have happened at all. Still, I'd recommend this to anyone with a precious photo they want to preserve in art! I love it and my husband will too.”

“Looks great-2 small things. I don't remember if there was a gloss finish option, but that would be awesome, and if there was a way to gently wrap something like a rubber band around the print before it goes in the tube, it might prevent bends from the triangular mailing box. In other words, the print doesn't unroll flat. There are several bends in the print. NOT creases, I think I can straighten them out, but it will likely have to be put behind glass to get it perfectly smooth. I would've used the same mailing system too! It's strange that the print basically expanded to fit into the tube space and get somewhat "triangular" and make bends. I thought I'd tell you, as you may have been unaware.”

“The packaging ruined it. It came super folded (almost bent) in 3 places. It was not rolled. It was like shoved into a triangle shaped “tube”. It’s also pretty obvious AI was used to generate the image because the details of the car decals are not correct. Expected better for the price.”
