“The print is fine, HOWEVER, I would have liked to receive a thumbnail of the desired/paid for print as a verification in my digital receipt. As I was playing around with various layouts, and storing those different layouts in my shopping cart until I picked the FINAL design I wanted… I would like a thumbnail image of the version I actually selected to show to friends/partner on my receipt. When I re-entered your website, I could not locate an order number or other link to pull up my design so I could at least take a screen dump. Adding a visual thumbnail to your digital receipt should not be a difficult code command from your end.”

“Order process was flawless and the imaging software is great. I didn’t realize it was a borderless print; would have liked the option of a white border for mounting purposes, or did I miss that? There was a very slight bend in the edge but I was able to work it back. The print was VERY tightly rolled but I think I can press it out. The image looks great. Don’t have it matted and framed yet.”

“I was away so I didn’t see it until today and I love it. That was our car when we went on our honeymoon to San Francisco which is why I chose that background. I’ll give it to him on his birthday 9/11. I know he will love it too!!!”

“The print is really well done, no weird spots and the color is vibrant. All the edges and lines are crisp and clear. It's really great! It came rolled up, wrapped in tissue, in a 3-side box. The only complain I have is that whoever rolled it was not careful enough during the process and the edges of the paper got creased and flattened in a couple places. When I choose a frame for it I'm sure that will smooth out but it should not have happened at all. Still, I'd recommend this to anyone with a precious photo they want to preserve in art! I love it and my husband will too.”

“Looks great-2 small things. I don't remember if there was a gloss finish option, but that would be awesome, and if there was a way to gently wrap something like a rubber band around the print before it goes in the tube, it might prevent bends from the triangular mailing box. In other words, the print doesn't unroll flat. There are several bends in the print. NOT creases, I think I can straighten them out, but it will likely have to be put behind glass to get it perfectly smooth. I would've used the same mailing system too! It's strange that the print basically expanded to fit into the tube space and get somewhat "triangular" and make bends. I thought I'd tell you, as you may have been unaware.”

“Looks beautiful, great color with dynamic Florida background. (AS AN FYI: the print above the front tire is MODENA in black, however your artist inscribed Maserati in silver. ONLY a true Maserati lover would know or see the error. NO BIG DEAL!”
