“The packaging ruined it. It came super folded (almost bent) in 3 places. It was not rolled. It was like shoved into a triangle shaped “tube”. It’s also pretty obvious AI was used to generate the image because the details of the car decals are not correct. Expected better for the price.”

We are sorry about how this one arrived. Carriers now charge steep surcharges for tubes, and several refuse to handle them at all, because tubes jam conveyors and automated sorting. So we had to change our packing material. Across a large number of orders on the new packaging, under 0.5% arrive damaged. Not perfect, but unfortunately not every postal company treats a parcel with care. When one does arrive damaged, we always offer a free replacement. In this case we never heard anything from you about the damaged print, so we did not know. The moment this review came in, we reached out. That offer still stands. On the artwork we are open: every poster starts from your own photo and is drawn by our engine in about 60 seconds, then checked and corrected by hand before it prints. After you buy, you get 24 hours to view the artwork in high resolution, look for defects, and request edits before anything goes to the printer.
